Melt fat in a frying pan and brown the onion and white flour. Pour clear soup leisurely, add a little of all spices and make another 10 min.
Add the peeled and cut potatoes and continue for 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pour whipped cream and vinegar and make another 2 min, stir well. Add the cucumber in pieces.Immediately bring to the table.
Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
