Instructions:

For spaghetti carbonara, cook pasta al dente according to package directions and prepare sauce in the meantime:

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic until brown and remove with a fork. Now fry the bacon cubes until crispy.

Add the cooked and drained pasta and heat while stirring. Mix cheese, eggs, whipped cream, salt, pepper and fold into the pasta.

Serve spaghetti carbonara with leaf salad!
