For the spaghetti ice cream, first prepare the strawberry sauce. To do this, wash the strawberries, remove the green and, if necessary, coarsely chop the berries. Puree finely with the sugar and, if necessary, pass through a sieve.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and press it through a potato press (it should not be too hard or too soft). Spread the strawberry sauce over it and garnish the spaghetti ice cream with mint.
