Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

1. peel and devein shrimp tails. Peel garlic and cut into fine slices. Halve chili peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and finely dice. Coarsely chop parsley leaves, thyme leaves and rosemary needles.

Bring plenty of salted water to the boil in a large saucepan and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. 3.

In the meantime, heat 5 tbsp. olive oil in a very large frying pan and roast the garlic slices until light brown. Remove from the frying pan and drain on kitchen roll. Season the crab tails with salt and season with pepper, then roast for 5 min on all sides in the garlic oil. Add the remaining juice of one lemon, olive oil, chili cubes and kitchen herbs to the crayfish tails form and fry for 1 minute.

Drain the spaghetti and mix in a baking dish with the crayfish tails and garlic slices. Serve immediately.
