For the spaghetti with feta pesto and grilled tomatoes, preheat the oven to 220°C / grill. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and drizzle with olive oil. Grill in the oven for about 15 minutes until brown.

Prepare the spaghetti according to package instructions.

Melt the feta with the Soy Cuisine, press the garlic clove and add it. Wash the basil and cut into thin strips.

Season the feta pesto with salt, remove from heat and stir in the basil strips.

Drain the spaghetti well, mix with the feta pesto and add the grilled tomatoes. Serve the spaghetti with feta pesto.
