Cut ham into small cubes. Steam in oil with the onions until soft. Add milk and mascarpone and let it melt on low fire. At the same time cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well and mix on the spot with Gorgonzola sauce. Add basil and season spaghetti. Serve immediately.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
