Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

1. cook spaghetti in enough salted water as usual.

Cut salmon into slices, then into bite-sized pieces. Chop dill.

3. whisk egg yolks with lemon zest and juice, sugar, white wine, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Next, beat at low temperature until thick cream.
