For the spaghetti with spinach, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until very firm to the bite and strain, chop the spinach coarsely.

Heat butter with a little oil in a pan, grate zest from lemon and squeeze juice, mix with butter, add herbs and finely diced garlic as well. Add spinach and let it fall together. Remove the pan from the heat.

Drain tomatoes and cut into strips. Place 2 sheets of baking paper (you can also buy ready-cut) on top of each other. Divide pasta into 2 portions and place on baking paper, place tomato pieces on top, crumble feta on top and add spinach mixture on top. Tie the paper with a string on top and put in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Serve the spaghetti with spinach with the paper on the plate.
