For the spelt rice salad with curry and fruits, wash the spelt rice well and steam in a ratio of 1:1, 25 (rice: water) in the Miele steamer at 100 degrees for 40 minutes. Salt the whole grain rice only after cooking, so it will soften more easily.

Cut the fruit, as well as the leeks and peppers into small cubes and mix with cream, salt, pepper, curry and Dijon mustard. Fold in the steamed rice and season the spelt rice salad to taste.
