For the spelt rolls, knead all ingredients well into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and form the individual pieces into rolls.

Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make sure that you leave enough space between the individual rolls, because they rise strongly during baking.

Finally, brush the spelt rolls with water and sprinkle with oat flakes, sunflower seeds or sesame seeds.
