Instructions:

Heat honey with sugar and light butter or butter while stirring and cool.

Gradually fold in the remaining ingredients for the dough. Let the dough rest for one night.

Roll out half of the dough on a greased baking tray and spread with smoothly stirred jam. Roll out second half of dough to size of baking sheet. Roll up dough sheet and roll repeatedly on top of jam. Place tray in preheated oven.

E: middle. T: 200 degrees /25 to half an hour.

Cover hot cake on the spot with melted cooking chocolate, cut into triangles or squares and garnish. Cool on the baking sheet.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
