Instructions:

For the spicy bean stew, chop the onion, carrots and chili pepper.

Sauté in a little olive oil in a large pot. Wash and drain the canned beans.

Once the onions are translucent, add the beans to the pot and mix well. Then add the canned tomatoes.

Season the spicy bean stew with some sage, salt and pepper and simmer for at least half an hour.
