For the beef salad, peel the carrot and cut into small cubes, steam with the peas, then let cool. Halve the chili, remove the seeds and chop finely.

Chop beef and pickles. Mix mayonnaise and yogurt, add remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chill and let marinate for 30 minutes. Arrange the beef salad on plates and garnish with the cocktail tomatoes.
