Instructions:

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into cubes. Cut the bacon into cubes as well. Quarter the bell bell pepper, clean it and cut it diagonally into strips. Heat the oil in a high-walled frying pan and fry the onion and bacon cubes until translucent. Add the bell pepper strips and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pour in the whipping cream. Steam for another 5 minutes. Season with pepper and serve with pasta.
