For the spicy bell pepper salad, wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the white flesh and seeds and cut them into thin strips.

Place the bell pepper strips on a greased baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 8 minutes and then let cool.

Meanwhile, wash the green chili peppers, remove the seeds, cut them into fine rings and then mix them with the bell pepper strips.

Squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl and mix together the cumin, coriander, salt, lemon juice and olive oil to make a marinade.

Marinate the spicy bell pepper salad and decorate with black olives.
