Remove the dough from the can, knead and form into balls. Drill a hole in the center with your finger. Wrap mozzarella ball with basil leaves and finally place in the center of the crescent dough. Wrap dough ball with prosciutto and bake in oven at 180 degrees hot air for 35 minutes. Blanch and skin tomatoes, remove seeds and stalk and cut into small pieces. Mix with finely chopped spring onion and season with vinegar, oil and salt. Serve the spicy booklets on top of the tomatoes.
