For the cream of cauliflower soup, chop the cauliflower, carrot and onion (coarsely), chop the ginger, press the garlic cloves (or chop them).

Sauté everything in oil and then stew in a little water until soft. Puree vegetables, add soup, bring to a boil and season to taste.

Add cayenne pepper to desired spiciness.
