Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes. Remove the stalk, seeds and skin from the bell pepper and also cut into cubes. Cut leek into fine rings. Finely chop garlic clove and parsley.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Add minced meat and garlic and roast well. Add the vegetables and the spices and cover the pan.

Beat the eggs and add to the vegetable-meat mixture together with the crème fraîche. Simmer briefly and remove from heat.

Prepare the puff pastry according to package directions. Cut into 10 x 10 cm squares.

Place a mound of filling in the center of each and fold the puff pastry pieces into triangles. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spacing them slightly apart.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.
