Instructions:

Remove the skin from the cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic.

Skin tomatoes, cut in half and remove seeds. Clean and rinse the peppers. Finely dice 1/3 each of the red and yellow peppers, set aside. Cut remaining bell bell pepper into chunks.

Rinse chili pepper, cut in half lengthwise and remove stem. Then scrape out the white seeds. Cut chili pepper into cubes.

Grind all prepared ingredients (except peppers). Season to taste and refrigerate.

Peel and chop eggs. Wash, dry and chop herbs. Dice bread and fry in hot fat. Sprinkle cold dish with eggs, peppers, herbs and bread.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
