Instructions:

For the spinach potato pie, mix the mashed potatoes with Gouda. If the cream is too firm, add a little milk.

Season the creamed spinach with the chopped garlic, nutmeg and salt and mix well with the eggs. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.

Brush the springform pan with olive oil. Alternate a layer of potato cream and a layer of spinach in the form.

Cut cocktail tomatoes in half and place on top of the tart with the cut sides facing up. Bake spinach potato tart for about 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, blend the ingredients for the feta sauce with a hand blender until creamy and season to taste. Let the tart rest for 10 minutes after baking and serve with the feta sauce.
