For the spinach casserole with tortillas and turkey strips, first wash and drain the spinach.

Cut the dried tomatoes into cubes.

Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and cut into thin strips.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.

Dice the feta cheese. Peel the onions and cut them into fine rings.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the turkey strips on all sides for about 4 minutes. Add the spinach and sauté, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and dip hot salsa. Season with salt and pepper.

Put everything in a baking dish and mix in the tortillas. Spread onion rings on top. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake the spinach casserole with tortillas and turkey strips in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
