Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Sauté the chopped onion with the pressed garlic in a frying pan with 1 tbsp. butter until translucent. Add the spinach and sauté until the liquid has evaporated. Add double cream, season with pepper, nutmeg, salt, keep warm.

Cook a dough from eggs, egg yolks, flour, beer, whipped cream and liter pinch of salt, let it rest for 10-15 min.

Then bake 12 narrow crêpes in clarified butter.

Cover each crêpe with a slice of ham, place spinach on top and roll up. Place the crêpes in an ovenproof dish, brush with melted butter and bake under the hot grill for about 5 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
