Instructions:

To make the spinach gratin, wash and clean the spinach and toss in boiling hot water until combined. Let it drain well.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Mix the curd with the crème fraîche until smooth, add the eggs, add the garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Grease a gratin dish and layer in the mixture: have the amount of spinach, half the amount of curd mixture, the second half spinach and the remaining curd mixture.

Bake the spinach gratin on the middle shelf for about half an hour.
