Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

A juicy rump steak is the ideal companion for this side dish suggestion. Of course, just as many other types of meat and fish go. The recipe also goes great with pasta and long-grain rice.

Rinse spinach, drain and chop coarsely. Roast pine nuts in saucepan, remove. Heat butter, sauté spinach in it for about 5 minutes until soft. Add Gorgonzola and whipped cream and simmer on low heat for about 5 min. Season to taste. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Also goes well with: salmon, fillet of beef, ribbon noodles.
