For the spinach lasagna, defrost the spinach leaves. Butter a large baking dish and line with lasagna sheets. Spread spinach leaves on top and cover with béchamel sauce.

Then add lasagne sheets, spinach leaves and béchamel sauce. Continue alternating layers until the spinach and sauce are used up. The last layer is bechamel sauce.

Finally, sprinkle cheese on top and top with butter flakes. Bake the lasagna in the oven at 180° C for about 45 minutes. The lasagna is ready when the lasagna sheets are soft and the cheese is lightly browned.
