For the spinach loaf, defrost the spinach and drain. Soak the bread roll and squeeze it well.

Mix the spinach with the egg, the bread, the Parmesan cheese, salt and enough oat flakes to make a good loaf.

Fry the spinach in oil, drain on a paper towel and serve with green salad.
