For the sports snack, peel the banana and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Wash the apple, cut in half, remove the core and cut into pieces.

Mix everything with some cinnamon and vanilla sugar in a bowl and enjoy with natural yogurt and the ground brown millet.
