For the steak baguette, first place the steaks on a plate and brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with pepper.

Sauté the onions with the remaining olive oil for 5-8 minutes or until translucent. Add the balsamic vinegar and sauté for 1 more minute.

Mix the KUNER mayonnaise in a bowl with the chili sauce and mustard.

Preheat a grill pan or grill. Grill the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side or to taste and season with salt.

Cut baguette in half lengthwise and cut into pieces. Cut the steaks into strips and divide among the baguettes. Top with the dressing, red onions and arugula. Sprinkle steak baguette with black pepper and serve.
