Instructions:

First, for the chili sauce, seed the tomatoes, remove the skin (blanch first if necessary) and roughly dice.

Finely chop the peperoncino. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely chop garlic. Pluck cilantro. Blend all ingredients for the sauce together.

Brush the steaks with oil and rub on both sides with the spices. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness.

Serve the steaks with the chili sauce.
