Steaks with Wine Sauce

Instructions:

Sear steaks strongly on both sides in a coated frying pan without fat. Add 1 tbsp. butter, season steaks with salt and season with pepper, roast for approx. 5 min. each. Remove, wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm.

Heat remaining butter in remaining roast stock and sauté onion until translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in mustard, pour in wine and cook briefly. Arrange steaks with auce on plates and serve with toasted baguette.
