For the summer salad, first wash the lettuce and tear/slice into bite-sized pieces. Cut and add the tomatoes. Chop the peaches and pineapple.

Heat a pan with oil and season the turkey meat with some salt, pepper and some herbs. If you want you can also add some curry to the meat.

Brown the turkey meat. Once the meat is done, remove it from the pan and either add it immediately to the salad or put it on a plate.

In the same pan, sauté the fruit briefly and toss in some more butter. Once the fruit is done, add everything to the salad and mix with a simple oil and vinegar dressing.

Finally, add the feta to the hot pan for just about 1-2 seconds on each side. It should not be completely melted, but just lightly sweated so that it is slightly shiny.

Add the feta to the salad as well and serve.
