Cut meat into 2-3cm cubes, season with salt and turn in flour to the other side. Heat lard in a frying pan and brown the prepared meat in it. The finished meat in a casserole form. Sprinkle with crushed garlic and caraway seeds. In the fat of the frying pan fry finely chopped onions until light brown, quickly add finely diced paprika and spicy paprika, add a little water and pour over the meat. Now let the meat braise with closed lid at medium heat for 60-75 min. Add a little water to the overcooked gravy. Do not make the meat, but let it roast in the fat. 15 min before the end of cooking add peppers and tomatoes.
