(*) for a round baking tray, about 30 cm ø, greased.
Put the rolled out dough into the prepared baking tray, prick the bottom with a fork.
Mix nettles with potatoes, bacon cubes and garlic, spread evenly on the dough. Stir the milk with the eggs, season, pour over the nettle mixture.
Bake: in about thirty minutes in the lower half of the oven heated to 220 °C.
(*) Harvest young nettle leaves before flowering. Collect with gloves, rinse under hot water before preparation, drain well.
