Cut onions, fry, roast until golden brown. Sprinkle with wheat, fry briefly.

Add soup, season with pepper and cook at low temperature for 20 min. Chop cheese and fold in, add sour cream and season heartily with wine and the spices. Serve with toasted bread cubes.
