Instructions:

Bring whipped cream and sugar to a boil while stirring and boil a little over low heat for 5 min.

Rinse, dry and hull strawberries, crush with vanilla sugar and stir into whipped cream. Boil for another 5 min on low heat. Then cool down.

Mix the spirit of wine into the strawberry whipped cream and fill into a bottle. Leave to infuse for a few days. Before bringing to the table, place bottle in warm water, shake well.
