For the strawberry and curd dumplings, bring water to a boil. Mix well and sweeten skimmed curd, egg and oat flakes.

Wash strawberries and remove the strawberry green. Divide mixture into 6 equal parts, press a strawberry into the center of each and form into dumplings.

Add to boiling water and cook until dumplings rise, then steep in hot water for 2-3 minutes more. Remove the dumplings from the water, mix the coconut flakes and cinnamon and toss the strawberry-curd dumplings in it.
