Strawberry Yogurt Foam Dessert

For the strawberry yogurt mousse dessert, crumble the chocolate cookies, saving 6 pcs for the decoration. Divide cookie crumbs into 6 glasses, place about 6 – 7 strawberries on each.

Puree remaining strawberries and mix with yogurt. Mix strawberry juice with squeezed lime or lemon juice, fill up with water to 200 ml.

Mix this liquid with the agartine and boil for 2 min. ATTENTION: it must boil for 2 min, otherwise it will not gel!

Let the liquid cool down a bit. Then add the agartine mixture to the strawberry yogurt mixture and mix properly. Spread this mixture on the strawberries in the glasses and refrigerate for at least 6 hrs.

Decorate the dessert with cookies and strawberries and possibly mint leaves.
