For the strudel “Bolognese” fry the onion and garlic. Add minced meat and fry. Season with spices and add tomato sauce.

Let it boil down to a thick consistency and let it cool down. Mix the egg and the crumbled bread and stir into the cooled mass. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the meat mixture on it. Cover with smoked meat and top with cheese.

Roll up and place the strudel “Bolognese” on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
