Instructions:

Cut the upper third of the tomatoes into small pieces as a lid.

Remove the pulp with a spoon and pass through a sieve.

Cut sausage and cheese into small cubes, onions into rings, pitted olives into quarters.

Mix tomato pulp with salt, vinegar, pepper and oil. Mix cheese, sausage, onions and olives with the sauce, fill in the tomatoes and put the lid on.
