Instructions:

Meat, also stomach and hearts through a meat grinder. Add soaked, squeezed salt, bread, eggs, pepper and parsley. Mix until smooth. Dice turkey liver and mushrooms. Add to the meat mixture form.

Remove bones from chicken legs. Season lightly with salt. Fill with meat mixture. Sew up or possibly stick together with toothpicks, roast until brown. Add water. Steam for 30 minutes. Remove chicken drumsticks from cooking pot. Keep warm. Bring sauce stock to a boil with a small amount of water. Mix cornstarch with whipping cream and thicken sauce with it. Season spicily with grained broth. Please serve the sauce separately.
