For stuffed kohlrabi, boil the green spelt meal in water with salt, bay leaf and diced onion and allow to swell.

Stir again and again. After about 20 minutes, remove the bay leaf and incorporate the vegetarian paste, let cool.

Mix in the egg, breadcrumbs, wheat germ and the spices. Hollow out the kohlrabi and cook in the steamer in the perforated insert for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Fill the kohlrabi with the kale mixture, place in a greased baking dish, add some water. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
