Peel kohlrabi, cut in half, rub with juice of one lemon and make in salted water 15-20 min. Remove and scoop out with a baller.

2. peel onions. Quarter and core apple. Finely dice kohlrabi meat, onions and apple quarters and sauté in hot fat until translucent. Coarsely chop parsley, fold in half with millet flakes, cool a tiny bit. Fold in egg, cashews, cheese, season with nutmeg and salt.

Place the kohlrabi halves in a greased gratin dish and fill with the mixture. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 15-20 minutes (gas 3, convection oven 180 degrees). Serve sprinkled with the remaining parsley.
