Rinse the mushrooms, remove the stalks, sprinkle with lemon and chop. Cut ham into thin strips, add parsley, spices, 1 tbsp. whipped cream and mix. Fill into the mushrooms. Chop onion and tomatoes and sauté in oil. Add the mushrooms. Cook in a gratin dish in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with toast.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
