Instructions:

Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Cut a lid off each loaf into small pieces. Hollow out bread. Roughly shred the crumbs, set aside. Clean peppers and carrot, or peel, rinse and cut off. Remove peel from garlic, press through a press. Drain the hominy.

Rinse fillets, dry and season. Fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil all around for about

5 min. until golden brown. Remove, wrap in aluminum foil and rest.

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Sauté bell bell pepper and carrot in it for about 5 minutes until soft. Add bread crumbs and fry. Add tomatoes, garlic and hominy. Season everything with salt, pepper and sambal oelek.

Cut mozarella into cubes. Cut fillets into slices. Fold both into the filling. Fill the bread with the filling. Spread crème fraîche evenly on top and place bread lids on top. Bake in heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Cut the sandwiches in half or quarters and serve.

It will be especially good if each guest gets his own bread – just fill large rolls.

Instead of chicken fillet use minced meat. Roast it until crumbly and add the remaining ingredients. If necessary, add kidney beans and season fierily.

Time needed : about 50 min.
