Peel the potatoes and grate finely. Potatoes in a dish hangl form and squeeze well. Then mix well with chives, egg and cornstarch and season with salt and pepper. Form small cookies from the mixture and place them in a frying pan with butter. Spread a small amount of diced cheese evenly on top and cover with potato mixture. Roast the biscuits for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with fresh leaf salad.
Our tip: always use fresh chives if possible!
