For the stuffed turkey cutlets, first chop the onion and sauté in a pan until translucent, dice the ham and bell bell pepper as well and add to the onions.

Sauté everything together and put it in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and the grated cheese and mix.

Cut one side of the turkey breast, fill with the prepared stuffing and close with toothpicks. Turn the stuffed cutlets in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and fry them in oil.

Boil the potatoes and enjoy them together with cranberries and the stuffed cutlet.
