Instructions:

Peel and chop the onion and fry in a little oil until golden, add the mince and continue to fry. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Cut the flesh of the zucchini into small pieces, mix it with the meat and let it cool down. Mix the eggs into the cooled meat mixture.

Boil tomatoes with salt, pepper, garlic, sugar and thyme for about 5 minutes.

Pour tomato sauce into the baking dish, place zucchini halves on top, stuff the meat filling into the zucchini halves.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
