For the zucchini boats, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean and finely dice the pointed peppers. Drain the olives and chop them as well. Crumble feta, pluck thyme leaves from 6 sprigs, mix everything with sour cream and season with pepper and lemon juice.

Cut zucchini unpeeled in half lengthwise and scoop out with a small spoon. Lightly salt the inside of the zucchini boats, fill in the feta mixture, place in the perforated cooking container and cook (at 100°C for 10-12 minutes).

Chop the parsley leaves and garnish with the remaining plucked thyme leaves.
