Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and season with salt.

For the sauce, dice bacon and onion, squeeze garlic clove. Heat oil, sauté bacon, onion and garlic. Add the tomato pieces, season with salt, bell pepper, oregano and paprika and pour the sauce into a gratin dish.

Put the zucchini halves on the sauce. Mix herbs with breadcrumbs and sour cream or crème fraiche, spread on top and place in the preheated oven. E: middle. T: 175 C / 30 to 40 min.
