For summer salad finely chop onion, garlic, sage leaves and sauté in a little olive oil. Cut chicken breast into strips, add salt and pepper and fry until hot.

Puree 250 g strawberries with the honey. Add mozzarella, tomatoes and 250 g strawberries cut arugula and iceberg lettuce and mix with the strawberry dressing.

Add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar to taste. Arrange on plates and place the fried chicken strips on top.
